Seven Pounds anyone??

Blogging is such a task at times!! hehe. Just been finding it really hard to find something worth writing about. I guess everyone has those weeks where everything seems extremely mundane and down right boring. Before you know it, you've slacked off a week and your blog looks a little sadder..hehe.

Well, lately I decided to watch seven pounds with my friend, seeing that I was free and had nothing better to do. We got into this small cinema theather and I actuali thought this was kinda cool, as if we were some exclusive group who was watchin the movie. Plus, I'm sure the sound system would have been better..(I guess??)hehe.

Then halfway through the movie I hear people singing along, rather unsoundly..hehe..and it came from the seat next to me...MY FREN!!!lol. In my heart, I didnt care whether my friend wanted to sing or not, I just hoped no one would take notice of it..hehe. Then, before I knew it, a girl seating on my left also started singing..I'm like, you gotta be kidding me!!!..come on....

But that wasnt the end of it. I guess the worst was the fact that the people beside me were muttering general facts about the movie.

Person A: Whats that animal called again?? Person B: Owhh, its....obor-obor??
Person A: Owh, ryte ryte..
Person B: Its really dangerous. It can electrocute someone to death!!
Me: (Turns and looks at them for a moment with an emotionless face)

And that was how it was almost throughout the movie. Not that I dont enjoy knowing random facts...but I guess I WANNA WATCH THE MOVIE!!!!..And btw the animal is called a jelly fish!

Other than that, the movie was fairly unpredictable. It isnt your typically movie, with an expected ending. I like movies which actually allow us viewers to guess whats' actually going on. The ending part was particularly sad and considering most of the people in the cinema were move to tears, I guess they were touched too.

On the brighter side of things...

Aside from all the rants, things have been fairly predictable. College as expected is....BORING!!! Nothing has changed a bit, even after 4 months. Lectures are still boring enough to put you to sleep, subjects are getting even more theoretical and friends are still as random..lol. I guess i still have to get use to going to college again and not forgetting, put up with the Taylors admin..:(

Other than that, everything is still the same. Still have work on Saturdays and church on Sundays. Its funny now thinking it over, I practically spend my weekends with kids...50 of them to be exact. And let me tell you, they are a handful!!! I still wonder how I manage to survive each time??

And though I always come out of it feeling voiceless, drained and totally worn out, its all worthwhile at the end of the day. Just having one of them say thank you or leave totally excited about class makes all the difference. But dats not the case all the time though..hehe..Guess I gotta be thankful for what I get??

My random rants...

You know I'm starting to think that being nice is a curse on its own. There you are tryin to be 'nice' and instead of getting that in return, people think its ok to take advantage of it. Not like its never happened before but I seriously think people should really think about their actions atleast once in awhile.

It is seriously farking annoying when people do that. So pisses me off especially when people look down or disregard you because of the way you are. Well I would think thats bladdy double standards!!! So what if im small, or quiet, or that i seem nice....doesnt mean you can just treat me like that.

Im no robot, I cant just take everything you say or do and spit it out without being affected from it. Worst still, is when you talk to them and they have this " I told you so" smile on their faces. I wish you would just be there for me instead of judging me!! Or maybe im imagining things...Ahhh, I dont really know what to think.

Gives You Hell....

Finally, some privacy to write. At last everyone is out at the same time, or not i'll have my mum snooping around me, sis glancing every now and then (normal busy-body family)..:(. The weekend has been fairly busy for me with work, church, sunday school and such. Kinda felt like a zombie by the end of sunday..hehe.

I dunno why but "Gives You Hell" by AAR is still kinda stuck in my head. Well I guess it's because it kept playing over and over on the radio, which is kinda weird. On Saturday I was totally in a pissed off mood and funny enough everytime I got into the car, the song played..(God, what are you tryin to say??..lol)

The good thing is I kinda like the song and I guess in a way it kinda relaxed me cause its such a carefree song. Listening to it made me think, "Ahh, fark everything", or something like that..and yes, I do curse..its a normalcy in most people.

Well, after the hectic weekend all I can think off is starting college again...I seriously don't know what to expect. Hope its all good???

People can be so insensitive sometimes. I guess we never realise that the things we say or the actions we take can really cause us to hurt someone. We usually try to accomodate our own feelings first before thinking about how were affecting others.

It doesnt matter if we say mean things or things we dont really mean, all that matters is that we feel happy at the end of the day. Well, I hope you are...

What can I say...

I know this isnt my first posting. Its kinda surprising when I realise how long i've had this blog. Bet none of you actually knew it at all..hehe. Guess im that good. Well honestly, I havent really began blogging much because theres' always that feeling of insecurity of not knowing whos' reading your writings or that my postings might be lame. But the most scariest part yet, is the idea that my deepest, personal thoughts are somewhat shared.

I know some of you think I think too much..hehe. I guess its true but I just cant help it. Anyways, this is my blog, myself expressed...so please try not to be too hard on the criticism..hehe..Muaxx.

An adventure...?? or somewhat...

Well, as planned me and my frens all decided to go to Gentings last friday for a "stayover". And let me tell you, everyone was so excited about it..hehe (you know who you are). Being that most of them had class or functions to attend, so we only left about 9pm.

At 11pm, we girls were all settled and it looked like we had this huge apartment to ourselves...(which was kinda awesome, till the guys came..hehe). The rest came a lil later and thanxs to me Alan got a lil side tracked, I literally took him off the road..lol..thats how good I am with directions..

All in all, the ten of us settled in and after a few drinks, i guess things went "well"..hehe. But somehow, even with the music blazing, drinks all around and the crowd of people..you cant run away from reality. I guess i thought i could for awhile, but i dont think that really happens. Somehow I thought about it more..but thankfully my frens were very observant..

So, after a whole lot of drinks and a darkened room, most of us were dancing to the music from Pat's ipod..Alan non-stop dancing with...*coughs*..hehe..I dont really know what time they stopped..was it 5 or 6am??..All i know is that I was peacefully sleeping, till Mandy burst in the room saying something about going swimming..

So, we all somehow went swimming, half awaked at 10am..hehe. I would say thats early considering the time we slept. Later after checking out, we five decided to head up to the themepark while the rest had to head home. So Alan gave us a ride to the Skyway and unexpectantly his car broke down...so we were in a fix to figure out what to do.

Poor Alan, he had to call the mechanic and get his car towed..The rest of us took the bus home instead of our initial plan to go to the themepark. Well, you know when your on the bus and theres' this someone nodding off next to you.. best part is hes' a stranger...and he was resting on me!!!!! OMG...im like so lucky it was a short trip..hehe.

Its kinda weird how so many things can happen in such a short time..hehe..but it was an adventure nevertheless...especially with you guys there..we had a good time..
